Do you set-up rental equipment?

The following items include setup and tear down, unless guest requests otherwise: 

  • Arches

  • Drapery

  • Balloon Décor

  • Tents

Setup and tear down can be added to all remaining décor and furniture, for an additional fee. These items include, but are not limited to:

  • Centerpieces

  • Other Décor

  • Flowers

  • Tables & Chairs

When do you deliver?

The exact time and day will be discussed on an individual basis and varies based on availability and prior bookings.

What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel up to thirty (30) days prior to your event with a refund, minus the initial 25% non refundable retainer. Cancellations made within fourteen (14) days of delivery service will incur the full rental rate.

How do I make a reservation?

Email or call us to inquire about product availability for your date. We will put together an invoice and email it to you along with the required paperwork to be signed. The invoice will include a link to pay online with a card via Square POS. We require 50% down to confirm reservations. Please note,25% of that 50% is a non refundable retainer.

Can I pick up my order?

At this current time we do not allow pickups.

How is equipment delivered and how should it be returned?

  • All tables and chairs are delivered and neatly stacked in the customers’ requested destination. All tables and chairs should be broken down and stacked in the same location in a similar manner. 

  • Decorations are delivered in boxes, crates, or totes to the customers’ requested destination. All decorations should be neatly and carefully placed in the carries they were delivered in.

  • Arches, backdrops, and balloon arches are delivered and assembled on site by our employees. The customer is required to have the designated space ready for set up at the agreed time. Our employees will return at an agreed on time to break down the arches, backdrops, and balloon arches.

Do you provide Event Planning services?

We provide light event planning services, as well as hosting our own events. We specialize in vendor markets, social gatherings, and formal gatherings. If you are looking for event planning services, please feel free to message us to discuss your needs.

Do you deliver?

We service all of Michigan, including the UP. We have divided the state into 6 regions, and each region has its own minimum order requirement, and minimum order requirement for free delivery and pickup. See photo reference below.
